Allegrini: the pairing of Art and Wine is renewed in Venice
20 settembre 2013

An evening of Art and Wine took place on September 5th at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, where Allegrini celebrated their wines La Grola and La Poja. This encounter between art and wine was first realised last June, when Allegrini presented the excellence of their wines in the striking rotunda of the Guggenheim Museum in New York. During the week of the Venice Film Festival and the (Italian literary Prize) Premio Campiello, this celebration was renewed at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection.
”We joined Intraprese Collezione Guggenheim“, confirms Marilisa Allegrini, ”with the intention to increasingly reinforce the bonds between art, culture and the world of wine: through our products we are introducing a whole territory, with its history and its cultural capital, to the world. This is why we are allying with an international institution like the Peggy Guggenheim Collection.“
In celebration of the thirtieth anniversary of the first bottle of La Grola wine, a special and limited edition bottle was presented. Most notably, its label was signed by the master Milo Manara, who himself was present at the event.
